I found the hotel to be a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but we were surprised by the lack of amenities like shower gel or shampoo. The service was friendly and helpful, although we had a little trouble finding breakfast. The location was ideal for my needs, being a short drive away from Canterbury. The dining was delicious, but a bit confusing to locate. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
